摘　　要：介绍了中海油惠州石化有限公司840 kt/a芳烃联合装置扩能改造及低温热利用情况。改造内容:将吸附剂更换成SPX3003,歧化单元原有进口催化剂替换为国产HAT-099催化剂;歧化循环氢压缩机及反应系统进行了改造,部分精馏塔更换了塔盘;同时利用邻二甲苯塔低温热生产低低压蒸汽,歧化稳定塔通过塔顶汽相与进料换热提高塔进料温度,降低稳定塔再沸炉负荷。对吸附剂SPX-3003和歧化催化剂HAT-099分别进行了72 h的标定,标定结果表明:(1)对二甲苯产量由102.27 t/h提高到115.26 t/h,装置的能耗(以产品计)由373.80千克标油/t降至315.79千克标油/t;(2)反应总转化率及C_8芳烃选择性高,反应产物中的乙苯含量低,芳烃产品收率提高,HAT-099催化剂的性能达到预期效果。改造后的生产实践表明,对二甲苯产能提高,重芳烃产量大幅减少,装置能耗降低,实现了改造目标,经济效益增加显著。The expansion revamping project of a 840,000 TPY aromatic complex in CNOOC Huizhou Refining Chemical Company and low-temperature heat utilization are introduced. The revamping includes updating the adsorbent to SPX3003,replacing the imported trans-alkylation catalyst with domestic catalyst HAT-099,revamping of recycle hydrogen compressor and trans-alkylation reactor system,replacing some distillation internal trays,utilizing the low-temperature heat in the overhead of OX column to produce low-low-pressure steam,and applying the feed/overhead heat exchanger of trans-alkylation stabilizer to raise the feed temperature and reduce the load of reboiler furnace of stabilizer. The 72 hours＇ performance tests have been made for absorption catalyst SPX-3003 and trans-alkylation catalyst HAT-099. The results show that： 1） when the paraxylene（ PX） production is increased from 102. 27 t/h to 115. 26 t/h,the energy consumption（ based upon products） of the unit is lowered to 315. 79 kg/t oil from 373. 80 kg/t oil,2） the total reaction conversion and C8 selectivity are high,the ethyl benzene in reaction product is low,aromatics yield is raised,and the performances of HAT-099 catalyst have met the requirements. The operation after the revamping demonstrates that the PX production is raised,the heavy aromatic products are greatly reduced,the unit＇s energy consumption is reduced,the objectives of revamping are realized and the improvement of economic benefits is significant.
