New energy saving measures for equipment in FCCU regeneration system

摘  要:从再生系统设备的外保温层设置,低压力降高耐磨旋风分离器的选用,以及三级旋风分离器的内置,低压力降主风分布管等几方面进行了设计计算。采用新技术后,节能效果显著。以一套3.5 Mt/a催化裂化装置为例,每年可多产中压蒸汽82.3 kt;压力降降低约8 k Pa,后续烟机每小时可多发电约352 kW·h,按年开工8 400 h计算,每年产生效益1 690万元,并可节约一次性建设投资约1 500万元。The calculations are made in respect of design of external insulation of regenerator equipment,selection of cyclone separator of low pressure drop and high erosion resistance,the internals of 3 rd-stage cyclone separator and design of main air distributor of low pressure drop,etc. The energy saving is significant after the application of new technologies. In a case study of a 3. 5 MM TPY FCC unit,an extra 82. 3 kt of medium pressure steam can be produced a year,the pressure drop can be reduced by 8 kPa,additional 352 kWh of electric power is produced each hour by flue gas expander. On the basis of annual on-stream time of 8 400 hours,the annual economic benefit is 16. 9 million Yuan( RMB). 15. 0 million Yuan( RMB) can be saved in investment.
