摘　　要：新时代背景下,新经济是由新一轮产业革命和供给侧结构性改革所生成的新经济形态。大力发展新经济是适应我国生产力发展的客观要求,由现阶段我国社会主要矛盾所决定,符合习近平新时代中国特色社会主义新发展理念,是推动旧动能转换为新动能、实现经济高质量发展的必然选择。新时代背景下,发展新经济需要以完善现代化市场体系为基础,走供给侧结构性改革与高质量发展相协调、深化改革与全面开放相统一以及工业化和信息化相融合的发展道路。In the New Era, the new economy is a new economic form generated by the new round of industrial revolution and the supply-side structural reform. To develop the new economy is to adapt to the objective requirement of productivity development in our country, is determined by the social principal contradictions of our country at present stage, and accord with the new development concept of socialism with Chinese characteristics in Xi Jinping＇s New Era. Vigorously developing new economy is an inevitable for promoting the transformation of old momentum into new momentum and achieving high quality development of economy. In this new era, we should firstly improve the modern market system and then follow a developing path of coordinating supply-side structural reform and high-quality development, unifying deepened reform and overall opening, and combining industrialization and informatization.
