摘  要:采用原位合成法制备了不同质量分数的TiB_2/Al复合材料,从热力学计算和试验两方面进行分析,得出原位自生法合成的复合材料中仅有TiB_2颗粒且稳定存在。借助激光粒度仪、摩擦磨损试验机、扫描电镜等分析了通过萃取试验获得TiB_2颗粒的粒度以及其对TiB_2/Al复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,TiB_2颗粒尺寸随TiB_2/Al复合材料中TiB_2含量的增加而增加。随着载荷的增加,相同TiB_2含量复合材料的平均摩擦系数呈现减小的趋势,而磨损量快速增加;相同载荷下,随着TiB_2含量的增加,复合材料的平均摩擦系数和磨损量均先减小后增大。通过对磨损表面形貌分析,发现复合材料在试验条件下的磨损机理由粘着磨损转变为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。Different mass fractions of TiBiAl composites were fabricated by using in-situ method. The TiB2 particles were the only particles that existed stably in TiB2/Al composites by the thermodynamics calculation and experiment analysis. The size of TiB2 particles was analyzed by laser particle sizer after the particles were extracted from the composties. The friction and wear properties of TiBiAl composites were investigated by friction and wear tester, SEM, and so on. The results show that the diameter of TiB2 particles increases with the increase of TiB2 content. For the same mass fraction of TiB2/Al composites, the mean friction coefficient reduces with the increase of the loads, but the wear loss increases rapidly. On the other hand, both the mean friction coefficient and wear loss decrease first and then increase with the increase of mass fraction of TiB2 particles under the same loads. Subsequently, the worn surface morphology of composites was analyzed, and it is revealed that the wear mechanism is changed from adherence abrasion to both adherence abrasion and abrasive modes during the wear test.
