摘  要:在铝合金基座压铸件开发过程中,利用华铸CAE软件对设计的压铸工艺方案进行充型模拟分析及优化。结果表明,原始方案一个内浇口的金属液充型方式易导致铸件型腔底部和顶部圆筒处出现卷气和夹渣等现象。增设一条辅助内浇口的优化方案充型过程较为合理,可以避免铸件底部和顶部圆筒处出现卷气和夹渣等缺陷。实际生产中铸件的合格率在98%以上。During the development of die castings such as aluminum alloy base, the die casting process was simulated and optimized by the InteCAST software. The results show that the original scheme in which the molten aluminum was filled with one ingate easily causes air entrapment and entrapped slag at the bottom of the aluminum alloy base and in the top cylinder of the base. However, the optimization scheme in which an auxiliary ingate is added is more reasonable, and the above casting defects in the original scheme may be effectively avoided. In actual production, the qualified rate of castings is above 98%.
