摘　　要：证据来源稀缺,客观证据不多甚至于无,犯罪嫌疑人抗审能力强,案件难以认定,是当前未检部门办理零口供性侵未成年人案件普遍存在的问题。因此,承办人员在审查逮捕阶段利用审讯策略,获取成年犯罪嫌疑人的自愿供述,对于节约司法成本、保护未成年人合法权益,不失为有效之策。研究性侵未成年人案件获取口供审讯策略,具有借鉴作用。The scarcity of evidence, insufficiency of evidence or sometimes zero evidence, hardened criminals＇ strong competency to resist interrogation and uncertainty of such cases are common problems when juvenile procuratorates handle zero evidence cases of sex assaults of juveniles. So at this stage, investigators concerned should use strategies to get confessions from adult sex assaulters, which cuts into judicial costs, protects juveniles＇ legal rights and is referred to as an effective method. Researches into cases of sex assaulting juveniles will provide references for developing strategies of trying zero-evidence cases.
