摘　　要：【目的】探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）、血管内皮细胞生长因子受体-2（VEGFR-2）、血小板反应蛋白-1（TSP-1）在老年2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者中的表达水平及其临床意义。【方法】选取2015年6月至2017年2月在本院诊治的老年T2DM患者为研究对象,同时选取同期在本院体检的健康者作为对照。比较两组血清VEGF、VEGFR-2、TSP-1、血糖和细胞因子水平,并分析老年T2DM患者VEGF、VEGFR-2、TSP-1水平与血糖和细胞因子水平的相关性。【结果】糖尿病组患者的血清VEGF、VEGFR-2、TSP-1、白介素-18（IL-18）、白介素-6（IL-6）和超敏反应C蛋白（hs-CRP）水平均显著高于对照组;且糖尿病组患者的平均血糖（MBG）、平均血糖标准差（SDBG）和有效波动次数（NEGE）均高于对照组;老年T2DM组患者的VEGF、VEGFR-2、TSP-1水平与MBG、SDBG、NEGE、IL-18、IL-6和hs-CRP水平呈正相关。【结论】老年T2DM患者的VEGF、VEGFR-2、TSP-1水平较高,且与患者的细胞因子和血糖水平密切相关。【Objective】To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）, vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 （VEGFR-2） and platelet reactive protein-1 （TSP-1） in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）.【Methods】The elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from June 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects, and the non-diabetic elderly patients who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the controls. The differences of serum VEGF, VEGFR-2, TSP-1, blood glucose and cytokine levels between the two groups were compared, and the correlation of VEGF, VEGFR-2 and TSP-1 levels with blood glucose and cytokine levels in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was analyzed.【Results】The levels of serum VEGF, VEGFR-2, TSP-1, interleukin-18 （IL-18）, interleukin-6 （IL-6） and hypersensitivity C reaction protein （hs-CRP） in the diabetic group were higher than those in the control group. The average blood glucose （MBG）, average blood glucose standard deviation （SDBG） and effective fluctuation times （NEGE） were higher in the diabetic group than those in the control group. The level of VEGF, VEGFR-2 and TSP-1 in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were positively related to the levels of MBG, SDBG, NEGE, IL-18, IL-6 and hs-CRP.【Conclusion】The levels of VEGF, VEGFR-2 and TSP-1 in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are higher, and are closely related to the cytokines and blood glucose levels.
