摘　　要：20世纪遭受了严重雾霾污染的英国,采取立法、财税政策等一系列措施进行污染治理,取得了良好的效果。本文通过梳理英国雾霾污染治理经验,发现雾霾治理是一个长期且持续的过程,应充分认识其严峻性和艰巨性。通过建设完善的法律体系与健全的财税政策,注重城市绿色建设并充分发挥社会公众的作用,推进雾霾污染治理。The United Kingdom which suffered serious smog pollution in the 20th century adoptect a series oi puoHc policies, such as legislation and fiscal policies to control smog pollution and achieved good results. By summarizing the experience of smog pollution control policies in the United Kingdom, the paper finds that smog pollution control is a long-term systematic project so that we should be fully aware of the severity and difficulty of the haze governance. Establishing a thorough legal system and sound fiscal policy is an important basis for smog pollution control. And we must pay attention to urban green construction and bring into full play the role of public supervision and promote smog pollution control.
