摘 要:为提高爆炸式反应装甲对射流侵彻的防护能力,设计出一种N型反应装甲干扰侵彻的模型,利用数值模拟软件LS-DYNA分析入射角以及N型爆炸反应装甲各板间夹角对射流侵彻的影响.采用ANSYSY/LS-DYNA动力学分析软件进行建模,再现N形反应装甲干扰聚能射流的全过程,根据N型反应装甲不同夹角下聚能射流的速度变化、形态变化、后效穿深判断N形反应装甲对聚能射流的干扰效果.研究结果表明,随N形反应装甲中平板装药之间的夹角的增大,N形反应装甲的防护能力先增强后减弱,当夹角α=13°时反应装甲对聚能射流的干扰作用最强.To improve the jet protection of the explosive response of the armor to the penetration,a Nshaped reactive armor interference penetration model was designed.The effect of the angle of incidence and the angle between the plates of the N-shaped detonation reaction armor on the penetration of the jets was analyzed by numerical simulation software LS-DYNA.ANSYS/LS-DYNA dynamic analysis software is used to model.Reproduce the whole process of N-shaped reaction armor interfering with the jets.According to velocity changes of shaped jets at different angles of N-shaped reaction armor,the morphological changes of the jets and post-effect wear depth can be used to judge the interference effect of the N-shaped reaction armor on the jets.The experimental results show that with the increase of the angle between the plate charges in the N-shaped reaction armor,the protective ability of the N-shaped reaction armor increases first and then decreases.When the included angle was 13°,the reaction armor has the strongest interference with the shaped jet.
