摘  要:针对坦克在实际工况诸如车体震动强烈、传感器装配困难、电磁干扰等条件下的测试需求,研究并设计了坦克冷却风实车测试系统,完成了阵列传感器的设计及实际装配,以及恶劣工况下坦克冷却风的实测.重点研究分析了冷却风风压信号的特点,采用频域滤波的方法实现了对风压畸变信号的修正;分析了坦克在几种不同转速情况下的风压分布情况,并获得了冷却风风压分布特性即排气流场特性.结果表明:测试系统稳定,风压测试方法可行,实现了坦克在发动机转速为500~2 000r/min范围内的冷却风测试.In response to actual conditions such as strong vibration of tank body,inconvenient assembly of sensor and electromagnetic interference,research and design of cooling airflow measurement system of tank were finished,design and practical assembly of array sensors were completed,and tests under poor working conditions were finished.Features of cooling airflow pressure signals were analyzed and correction of distortion signals was realized by frequency domain filtering;airflow pressure distributions of tank at several speeds were investigated and analyzed,distribution characteristics of cooling airflow pressure,that is,characteristics of exhaust flow field in tank engine compartment were reason out.The results indicate that test system is stable and airflow pressure test method is feasible;cooling airflow tests of tank in range of 500~2 000 r/min of engine speed are realized.
