中医药治疗胸痹痰湿证用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件(TCMISS),探讨中医药治疗胸痹痰湿证用药规律及特点,为临床胸痹的辨证治疗和新药研发提供参考。方法:分别检索中国期刊全文数据库知网(CNKI)、万方、维普3个数据库近16年中医药治疗胸痹痰湿证的相关文献,采用数据挖掘技术分析方剂的组方规律。结果:对符合纳入标准和排除标准的文献进行整理,共筛选出中医药治疗胸痹痰湿证文献656篇,中药处方158首,中药157味。其中,用药频次排在前五位的是茯苓(70)、半夏(56)、丹参(55)、陈皮(45)、甘草(44),设置支持度个数为20及置信度0.9时,得出排在前五位的药对频次为甘草,茯苓(113)、甘草,陈皮(107)、半夏,甘草(105)、丹参,甘草(101)、桂枝,陈皮(99)。此外还对处方中药物的四气五味、归经等进行分析,挖掘出60个核心组合,新处方10首,可以看出治疗胸痹痰湿证主要以健脾祛痰、活血化瘀为主。结论:为临床治疗胸痹痰湿证及开发治疗胸痹痰湿新药提供了参考依据。Objective： To explore the rule and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chest pain and phlegm-dampness syndrome,and to provide reference for syndrome differentiation and clinical research of clinical chest-Bi. Methods： CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu were used to analyze the literatures of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chest and phlegm dampness syndrome. Data mining techniques were used to analyze the prescriptions of prescriptions. Results： 656 articles of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chest and phlegm dampness and phlegm dampness were screened,158 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine and 157 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were selected for the literatures which met the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria. Among them,the frequency of medication in the top five is Poria（ 70）,Pinellia（ 56）,Salvia（ 55）,dried tangerine peel（ 45）,licorice（ 44）,set the number of support 20 and confidence 0. 9,（ 107）,Pinellia ternata,licorice（ 105）,Salvia miltiorrhiza,licorice（ 101）,Guizhi,dried tangerine peel（ 99）. In addition,the prescription of drugs in the four Qi and fire flavors,by the analysis,etc.,to dig out the 60 core combinations,the new prescription 10,you can see the treatment of Chest Bi phlegm syndrome mainly oinvigorating the spleen and remeving phlegm,prometing blood circulation. Conclusion： It provides a reference for the clinical treatment of Chest Bi and phlegm dampness syndrome and the development and treatment of Chest Bi and phlegm dampress.
