摘  要:目的:初步探索雷公藤应用相关的生物学基础。方法:在CBM数据库中收集雷公藤的相关文献数据,采用基于敏感关键词频数统计及切片的数据分层算法挖掘其应用的基本生物学基础,并通过一维频次解释及二维网络图进行展示。结果:雷公藤主要用于关节炎、类风湿、肾病、红斑狼疮以及银屑病等治疗,其作用靶标以T淋巴细胞、滑膜、血管、基因、细胞因子类等为核心,主要涉及CD4、CD8、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素类细胞因子为主,参与的通路有NF-κB、Akt、ERK、Fas/Fas L、TLR4、p38MAPK等。结论:利用文本数据挖掘技术初步呈现雷公藤应用的基本生物学基础,为中医基础研究提供有益参考,以便更好地指导服务于临床治疗。Background: Explore he biological basis of Tripterygium for the treatment of diseases by text mining approach. Methods: The related literature data of Tripterygium wilfordii was collected in the CBM database. The data stratification algorithm based on the frequency statistics of sensitive keywords was used to explore the basic biological basis of disease treatment. The results are shown infrequency explanation and 2-dimention networks. Results: Tripterygium wilfordii was mainly used for the treatment of arthritis,rheumatoid,nephropathy and psoriasis. The targets of the therapy were T lymphocyte,synovial membrane,blood vessel and gene. The main targets involved were CD4,CD8,TNFCytokines mainly involved in the pathway NF-κB,Akt,ERK,Fas/Fas L,TLR4 and so on. Conclusion: By using text mining technology,the biological basis of Tripterygium wilfordii is initially presented,which provides a useful reference for the basic research of TCM and better guidance for the clinical treatment.
