益气活血化瘀汤对冠心病气虚血瘀证患者冠脉血流储备分数的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血化瘀汤对冠心病气虚血瘀证患者冠脉血流储备分数(fractional flow reserve,FFR)的影响。方法:将108例冠心病气虚血瘀证患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各54例。治疗组采用益气活血化瘀汤治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、FFR的变化情况及不良反应发生情况,并对两组临床疗效进行评价。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者FFR在治疗后均明显上升,中医证候积分均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后FFR高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为92.59%,对照组总有效率为74.07%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率治疗组为1.85%,对照组为18.52%,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血化瘀汤治疗冠心病气虚血瘀证有较好临床疗效,可缓解患者临床症状,提高FFR。Objective： To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction on fractional flow reserve （FFR） of patients with Qi-deficiency blood-stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods： The 108 patients with Qi-deficiency blood-stasis syndrome of CHD were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, 54 cases in each. Patients were treated by Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction in treatment group and routine western medicine in control group. The clinical symptoms, FFR changes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and clinical efficacy was evaluated in the two groups. Re- suits： Compared with before treatment, the FFR significantly increased and TCM symptom scores decreased in the two groups, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The treatment group showed higher FFR as well as lower TCM symptom scores than the control group （P〈0.05）; The total effective rate was 92.59% in treatment group and 74.07% in control group and the treatment group showed higher total effective rate than the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 1.85% in in treatment group and 18.52% in control group and the treatment group showed lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction showed good clinical efficacy on Qi-deficiency blood-stasis syndrome of CHD and it can relieve clinical symptoms and increase FFR.
