摘　　要：姜之炎教授认为脾气虚则湿胜,痰易生而多,故化痰多从治脾入手。姜教授自创"运脾化痰通窍方"治疗小儿腺样体肥大,临床效果显著。Professor JIANG Zhi-yan considers that dampness is due to spleen-deficiency and that phlegm engenders easily. So treatment of phlegm is from the treatment of spleen. Professor JIANG created Yunpi Hu- atan Tongqiao Fang （运脾化痰通窍方）, which showed remarkable efficacy in clinic.
