摘　　要：在大量的实践工作中深刻体会到，细节管理在健康体检服务中的重要性，做好细节管理，强化细节服务，对于提高体检效果和客户满意度，以及公立医院健康体检中心的发展建设具有重要的意义。The importance of detail management in health examination service based on practical working experience should be noticed soundly. It is very meaningful to do good details of management, intensify detail of services, to improve the health examination effect and customer satisfaction, has important significance for tile development of public hospital health examination center construction.
