电视胸腔镜手术治疗胸部刀刺伤22例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析电视胸腔镜手术治疗胸部刀刺伤的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年3月至2017年9月收治的22例胸部刀刺伤患者进行电视胸腔镜手术治疗方式的临床资料。结果所有患者当中有22例进行电视胸腔镜手术,有11例患者出现肺破裂修复,有5例患者采用电凝以及出血血管钛夹止血;有1例患者出现肺破裂以及膈肌破裂修补,有1例患者进行辅助小切口手术,有2例患者肋间动脉缝扎止血,有2例患者进行膈肌修补;有2例患者中转开胸进行心室修补手术,有2例患者在胸腔镜下膈肌破裂修补合并开腹进行肝破裂修补手术治疗,在此次治疗期间没有出现患者死亡情况,并且在手术治疗之后没有出现明显的并发症。结论给予胸部刀刺伤患者电视胸腔镜手术治疗,具有较高的安全性,治疗效果显著,对患者造成的创伤比较小。在患者症状发育早期进行电视胸腔镜手术可以有效降低胸部刀刺伤患者的死亡率。Objective To explore clinical effect of video-assisted thoracoscopy in treatment of thorax stab injury. MethodsChoose clinical data of 22 cases thoracic stab injuries in our hospital from March 2011 to September 2017 by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. Results Among all patients, 22 cases were treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery, 11 cases had pulmonary rupture repair, 5 cases were treated with electric coagulation and bleeding vessel titanium clip hemostasis; 1 case had pulmonary rupture and diaphragmatic rupture repair, 1 cases with assisted small incision surgery, 2 cases with intercostal artery suture hemostasis, 2 cases with diaphragmatic repair; 2 cases with transfering thoracotomy for ventricular repair surgery, 2 cases with thoracoscopic diaphragmatic rupture repair combined with laparotomy hepatic rupture repair surgery. During treatment, no death occured, and no apparent complications after surgical treatment. Conclusion video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery has high safety,significant effect and relatively small trauma for thorax stab injury patients, which can reduce patient＇s mortality effectively at early stage of symptomatic development.
