摘  要:通过调整Fe_(57.47-x)Cr_(11.84+x)Mo_(10.09)C_(11.6)B_7Y_2(x=0,2,4,6)成分中的Fe/Cr原子百分比获得了具有优异耐蚀性和热稳定性的铁基非晶合金。采用电化学方法及拉曼光谱仪对铁基非晶合金耐蚀性与团簇振动性能的相关性进行了研究。电化学测试结果表明:在质量分数为3.5%NaCl溶液中,随着Fe/Cr比的增加,铁基非晶合金的耐蚀性呈先增强后减弱再增强的变化趋势。室温下的拉曼光谱测试结果表明,非晶合金内部的团簇振动波数随着Fe/Cr比的增加呈先减小后增大再减小的变化规律。团簇振动波数的变化改变了非晶合金内部的吉布斯自由能,从而使得腐蚀过程中的电流密度发生变化,最终导致了非晶合金的耐蚀性的改变。铁基非晶合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的电流密度与团簇的振动波数符合关系式y=1.616 8+0.005 42e^(x/(235.2))。In this paper,Fe-based amorphous alloys with excellent corrosion resistance and thermal stability were obtained by adjust the Fe/Cr ratio in the composition of Fe(57.47-x)Cr(11.84+x)Mo(10.09)C(11.6)B7Y2( x = 0,2,4,6). The correlation between the corrosion resistance of Fe-based amorphous alloy and the vibration performance of clusters was investigated by electrochemical method and Raman spectrometer,respectively. The results of electrochemical tests show that the corrosion resistance of Fe-based amorphous alloys in 3. 5% NaCl solution increase first and then decrease and increase again with the increase of Fe/Cr ratio. The Raman spectroscopy test at room temperature shows that the vibration wavenumber of clusters in the amorphous alloy decrease first and then increase and decrease again with the increase of Fe/Cr ratio. The variation of the vibration wave number of the cluster changes the Gibbs free energy in the amorphous alloy,which changes the current density in the process of corrosion,and eventually leads to the change of the corrosion resistance of the amorphous alloy. The passivation current density of Fe-based amorphous alloys in 3. 5% NaCl solution and vibration wavenumber of clusters is following as y = 1. 616 8 + 0. 005 42 e-(x/(235.2)).
