摘 要:为加大《建筑业10项新技术》推广应用力度,发挥示范引领作用,建设部(现住房和城乡建设部)于1995年发布了首批被列为"全国建筑业新技术应用示范工程"名单,多年来,"新技术应用示范工程"对促进建筑业技术进步发挥了重要作用,对《建筑业10项新技术》的发展变化进行梳理,对建筑业开展"新技术应用示范工程"进行总结,并以北京新机场航站楼核心区工程为例,阐述示范工程对建筑业技术进步的促进作用。To promote the application of The Ten New Technologies for Construction Industry and give a full play of its demonstrative role, Ministry of Construction (present Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development) published the first list of National New Technique Application Demonstrative Projects in Architectural Industry in 1995. Since then, new technique application demonstrative projects have played an important role in promoting the development of architectural industry. This paper analyzed the development of The Ten New Technologies for Construction Industry and summarized the new technique application demonstrative projects in architectural industry. The terminal core area project of Beijing Daxing International Airport was taken as an example to introduce the role of demonstrative project in promoting the development of architectural techniques.
