联合用药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察前列地尔、丹参注射液、金水宝胶囊联合应用治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床治疗效果。方法将60例DN患者随机分成A、B、C三组:前列地尔+丹参注射液+金水宝胶囊组(A组,n=20),前列地尔+丹参注射液组(B组,n=20),前列地尔+金水宝胶囊组(C组,n=20)。三组在给予控制饮食、降低血糖等相应基础治疗的基础上,A组静滴前列地尔+静滴丹参注射液+口服金水宝胶囊,B组静滴前列地尔+静滴丹参注射液,C组静滴前列地尔+口服金水宝胶囊,3组持续用药4周。观察治疗前后A、B、C三组病人24小时尿蛋白、尿素氮、血肌酐、C-反应蛋白、白介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α的变化。结果三组治疗前后24小时尿蛋白、尿素氮、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α比较P<0.05;A组24小时尿蛋白、尿素氮、CRP、白介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α与B组、C比较P<0.05。三组有效率比较,P<0.05。结论前列地尔、丹参注射液、金水宝胶囊联合应用可以有效治疗糖尿病肾病,具有临床推广的价值。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Alprostadil, Salvia injection and Jinshuibao capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropath （DN）. Methods 60 cases of DN patients were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups： Alprostadil ＋ Salvia injection ＋ Jinshuibao capsule group （group A, n=20）, Alprostadil ＋ Salvia injection group （B group, n= 20）, Alprostadil ＋ Jinshuibao capsule group （C group, n=20）. A, B, C groups were given control diet, lower blood sugar and other basic treatment. In addition, Group A received intravenous infusion of alprostadil ＋ intravenous infusion of Salvia injection＋ oral Jin Shui Bao capsule, Group B received intravenous infusion of alprostadil ＋ intravenous infusion of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection; Group c received intravenous infusion of alprostadil ＋ oral Jinshui Capsules 3 groups continued medication for 4 weeks, changes of 24 h urine protein, urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and C-reactive protein in group A, B and C before and after treatment were Observed. Results The total effective rates of group A, group B and group C were 95%, 85%, 80%, A group was significantly higher than B group and C group, the difference was not statistically significant （P〈0.05）, there was no significant difference between group B and group C （P〉0.05）. A, B, C three groups of 24 hours urinary protein, urea nitrogen, CRP after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, 24 hours urinary protein, urea nitrogen, CRP of alprostadil ＋ Salvia injection ＋ Jinshuibao capsule group were significantly lower than alprostadil ＋ Salvia injection group, alprostadil ＋ Jinshuibao capsule group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between alprostadil ＋ Salvia injection and alprostadil ＋ Jinshuibao capsule group （P〉 0.05）.
