探讨心理护理及康复指导对乳腺癌患者术后的影响

摘　　要：目的研究心理护理和康复指导对乳腺癌患者术后的作用。方法将我院2015年5月至2017年5月进行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者200例作为研究对象,根据患者床号分为实验组和参照组,每组100例,参照组患者采用常规护理模式,实验组采用针对性心理护理干预和康复指导,比较2组患者术后负面情绪改善情况以及术后生活质量改善情况和护理满意度。结果实验组患者术后焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度评分等均优于参照组患者各项评分,组间对比差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论对手术治疗的乳腺癌患者给予针对性心理护理和康复指导,对缓解患者负面情绪具有显著临床效果,逐渐改善患者生活质量,提高患者对护理方式的满意度,值得在临床中广泛应用。Objective To study effect of psychological nursing and rehabilitation guidance on postoperative breast cancer patients. Methods Treat 200 cases surgical breast cancer patients in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 as study objects, according to patient＇s bed number, divide them into experimental and reference group, 100 cases in each. Reference group was treated with routine nursing mode, and experimental group with targeted psychological nursing intervention and rehabilitation guidance. Compare improvement of postoperative negative emotion and life quality between two groups. Results Postoperative anxiety scores, depression scores, life quality scores and nursing satisfaction scores of experimental group were better than reference group, difference showed significance between groups,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing and rehabilitation guidance has significant clinical effect on surgical breast cancer patients, can alleviate negative emotion of patients, improve patient＇s life quality gradually, and satisfaction for nursing mode, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
