针刺结合腕踝针治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对针刺结合腕踝针治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的疗效进行分析。方法选取我院收诊的风后痉挛性偏瘫患者78例,采用随机数字表法,均分为两组,每组39例,给予对照组常规药物治疗,观察组采用针刺结合腕踝针的疗法。于治疗前后对两组患者的临床痉挛指数(CSI)及运动功能评分(FAM)行统计分析。结果治疗后,观察组39例患者的CSI指数(7.26±2.1)及FAM评分(80.37±2.12)均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合腕踝针治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫,对于改善患者的痉挛情况,提升患者的肢体运动功能均具有积极意义,应当在临床进行广泛应用。Objective To analyze curative effect of acupuncture combined with wrist and ankle needle on spastic hemiplegia after apoplexy. Methods Choose 78 cases spastic hemiplegia patients after apoplexy in our hospital, divide them into two groups in average randomly, 39 cases in each. Control group were treated with routine medicine, and observation group with acupuncture combined with wrist ankle needle therapy. Carry on statistical analysis of clinical spasm index（CSI） and motor function scores（FAM） of two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, CSI index（7.26±2.1）, and FAM scores（80.37±2.12） of 39 cases in observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with wrist ankle needle has has positive significance for improving spasticity and limb motor function of patients with spastic hemiplegia after apoplexy, which is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice.
