长春新碱与泼尼松治疗难治性免疫性血小板减少症护理干预探究

摘　　要：目的探究长春新碱与泼尼松治疗难治性免疫性血小板减少症(RITP)护理干预。方法选取2015年6月至2017年12月我院收治的采用长春新碱与泼尼松治疗的RITP患者62例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法的分组方法分为对照组和研究组,各31例,分别行常规护理和护理干预,比较2组护理效果的差异。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,组间具有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于采用长春新碱与泼尼松治疗的ITP患者中,可有效提高治疗效果和护理质量,值得借鉴和推广。Objective To explore nursing intervention of vincristine and prednisone in treatment of refractory immune thrombocytopenia（RITP）. Methods Choose 62 cases RITP patients treated with vincristine and prednisone in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2017 as observation objects, according to random digital table method divide them into control and study group, 31 cases in each, which were treated with routine nursing and nursing intervention. Compare nursing effects between two groups. Results Total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than control group, with statistical significance between groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve treatment effect and nursing quality effectively for ITP patients treated with vincristine and prednisone, which is worthy of reference and promotion.
