A Study on the Problems and Strategies for Cultivating the Friendly Values of Ethnic College Students:Based on the Investigation on the College Students in Yanbian University

摘  要:友善就是个体在与他人交好时一种善意的倾向。社会主义核心价值观提倡人与人之间友善地相处,这成为了社会主义制度下人与人之间相处的基本准则。对于民族大学生来说,培养其友善观有利于营造和谐的社会氛围,有利于加强民族团结和社会稳定。选择延边大学的朝鲜族大学生作为调查对象,通过调查问卷与访谈的形式,了解目前延边大学朝鲜族大学生友善观培养现状,并从中梳理和分析目前民族大学生友善观培养的困境。在此基础上,提出了民族大学生友善观培养的有效途径和策略,即不断加大友善观培养的力度;不断创新友善观教育的方法;不断完善友善观的评价方式;不断优化友善校园的氛围营造。The individual is friendly with others in a good tendency to befriend.The socialist core values promote the friendly coexistence between people,which has become the basic values of people to get along with each other in socialist system.For ethnic college students,to cultivate their friendly view is conducive to building a harmonious social atmosphere,and is conducive to strengthening national unity and stability.Chooses the Korean students of Yanbian University as the survey object,through the form of questionnaires and interviews,to understand the current situation of the cultivation of friendship among the Korean students in Yanbian University,and to sort out the plight of the current cultivation of the concept of friendship among ethnic college students.On this basis,sorts out the effective ways and Strategies of cultivating the friendly view of ethnic college students,that is,to strengthen the cultivation of friendly view; to constantly innovate the methods of friendly education; to constantly improve the evaluation method of friendly view; to constantly optimize the atmosphere construction of friendly campus.
