摘 要:旨在加强玉米耐盐性的研究和利用,本研究采用水培法,以NaCl胁迫拟田间盐生条件,在适宜的盐胁迫处理浓度的基础上,以耐盐系数为指标,通过主成分分析、隶属函数分析和聚类分析对242份玉米自交系苗期的耐盐性进行综合鉴定。结果表明:发芽率、根干重、苗干重、根鲜重、根长和苗鲜重可作为玉米自交系的苗期耐盐性筛选和鉴定指标;通过聚类分析可将242份玉米自交系苗期的耐盐性划分为5类,其中B红-2等12份玉米自交系的耐盐性较强,NC320等42份玉米自交系的耐盐性中等,50K-4-1等58份玉米自交系的耐盐性一般,H070480等77份玉米自交系的耐盐性敏感,甘1号等53份玉米自交系的耐盐性高度敏感。To enhance the research and application of maize salt tolerance, we use hydroponics with NaCl stress simulating salt condition in field. Based on appropriate Na Cl stress concentrations, and taking the salttolerance coefficients as indexes, we identified the salt tolerance of 242 maize inbred lines at seedling stagethrough principal component analysis, membership function analysis and cluster analysis. The results showedthat, the germination rate, root dry weight, seedlings' dry weight, root fresh weight, root length, and seedlings' fresh weight could be used as indicators for screening and identifying salt-tolerant maize inbred lines atseedling stage. With clustering analysis, 242 maize inbred lines at seedling stage were classified into fivegroups: 12 were high salt-tolerance, like B hong-2; 42 were medium salt-tolerance, like NC320; 58 weregeneral salt-tolerance, like 50 K-4-1; 77 were salt-sensitive, like H070480; and 53 were highly salt-sensitive,like Gan 1.
