摘  要:建立了核磁共振磷谱(^(31)P-NMR)快速测定可乐饮料中的磷酸根含量的定量分析方法。以磷酸二氢钾(KH_2PO_4)配制标准工作溶液,在0.25~4 mg/m L浓度范围内,具有良好的线性关系。将该方法用于可乐中磷酸根含量的测定,测得可口可乐和百事可乐中的磷酸根的含量分别为0.8462 mg/m L和0.9084 mg/m L,相对标准偏差为0.44%和0.46%,加标回收率在96.4%~109.7%。A rapid and quantitative method has been established to determine phosphate in Coke beverages by phosphorus-31 nuclear magnetic resonance(^31P-NMR). The standard curve prepared with potassium dihydrogen phosphate( KH2PO4) had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of0. 25 to 4 mg/m L. The phosphate in Coke beverages was determined by this method. The concentrations of phosphate in Coca Cola and Pepsi Cola were 0. 8462 mg/m L and 0. 9084 mg/m L,respectively,the RSDs were 0. 44% and 0. 46%,and the recoveries were between 96. 4% and 109. 7%.
