摘 要:采用3种不同的锅炉热平衡计算标准,对比分析了75t/h及130t/h CFB锅炉的散热损失计算结果与锅炉散热损失实测结果的差异,结果表明新国标计算的锅炉整体散热损失和实炉测试数据基本吻合,而对于物料循环系统局部散热损失,ASME标准计算值与实测值更加吻合。In the present work, experimental studies of dissipation heat loss were carried out on 75 t/h and 130 t/h CFB boiler. With 3 kinds of different CFB heat balance standards, the difference of dissipation heat loss between calculation results and the measured result was analyzed. For the overall heat loss, the new GB standard calculation result is basically consistent with the measured data. For the part heat loss of material cycling system, ASME standard results is more consist- ent with the measured results.
