摘　　要：合理调整医疗服务价格,理顺医疗服务比价关系,是公立医院改革的重要内容。实验室诊断是医疗服务项目规范的重要板块,价格构成不同于其他技术劳务为主的诊疗项目。当前,我国实验室诊断项目价格及比价关系不合理,医疗服务项目价格未能体现技术劳务价值等问题突出。本研究简要回顾了国内外实验室项目定价和支付进展,探索构建了实验室诊断项目价值测算模型,并提出完善实验室诊断价格制定和支付的政策建议。Reasonable adjusting medical service prices and straightening out the relationship between medical service price is an important part of the reform of public hospitalS2 Laboratory diagnosis is an important part of the medical service item regulation, which is different from other technical services based on labor input. At present, the price and the price ratio of the laboratory diagnosis items in China is not reasonable, and the medical service price fails to reflect the value of the technical service. It briefly reviewed the pricing and payment progress of domestic and foreign laboratory projects, established the value model of laboratory diagnosis items, and put forward the development recommendations of payment and price setting policy for laboratory diagnosis.
