摘  要:目的:分析磨牙根分叉病变的锥形束CT表现及其诊断意义。方法:32例牙周炎患者纳入研究,共63个下颌磨牙进行了评价,术前CBCT检测和临床探查与术中测量的磨牙根分叉病变的分度结果进行比较。结果:CBCT和术中测量对磨牙根分叉病变分度的一致性最高,优于术前临床探查;CBCT和术中实际测量数据相比近远中向骨缺损差异无统计学意义,垂直向、颊舌向测量参数差异有统计学意义,误差在允许的范围以内。结论:CBCT可以较准确地评估磨牙根分叉病变分度,对骨吸收评估良好,有利于指导临床处置。Purpose: To evaluate cone-beam CT(CBCT) in the diagnosis of molars with furcation. Methods: Thirty-two patients with periodontitts were enrolled in our study, and totally 63 mandibular molars were evaluated with CBCT. The degree of the furcation involvements of the molars detected by pre-operative CBCT, clinical examination and the measurement during operation were compared. Results: Higher consistency was shown between preoperative CBCT and the measurement during operation, and CBCT was better than preoperative clinical examination. No significant difference of the mesio-distally direction distance was shown between that measured by pre-operative CBCT and directly measured during operation, but significant differences of the axial direction and buccolingual direction distance were existed between them. Conclusion: CBCT can be used to evaluate the degree of the furcation involvements of the molars, and the estimation of the bone absorption. CBCT is useful for the guidance of clinical treatment.
