提高连铸机扇形段使用寿命的技术浅析

摘　　要：为了提高扇形段在线使用寿命,提高连铸机功能精度和产品质量,通过分析影响400 mm厚板坯连铸机的扇形段使用寿命的原因,例如扇形段驱动辊开口度变大、扇形段驱动辊限位螺栓切断、扇形段辊缝超差大等问题,并通过一系列的优化改进解决了上述问题,结果表明：影响连铸机使用寿命的原因很多,只要找出主要关键原因并解决,就能很好地提高连铸机的使用寿命,提高铸坯的质量。In order to extend the service life of the segment online and to improve the function of continuous casting machine precision and product quality,the analysis of influence of segment 400 mm thick slab continuous casting machine service life was achieved,such as the segment drive roller opening large,segment drive roller limit bolt cut,segment roll gap problem is high,and a lot of optimization methods to solve the above problems. It shows that：there are many factors influencing the service life of the continuous casting machine,and once finding out the main problems and solving them,the service life of the continuous casting machine can improved and the quality of billet also can be improved.
