摘  要:针对160 mm×160 mm断面小方坯弹簧钢55SiCr铸坯中心偏析严重的问题,基于小方坯中心碳偏析形成的机理,考虑到连铸工艺参数对中心碳偏析的影响,进行工业优化试验。结合试验结果及凝固理论分析,确定了小方坯弹簧钢55SiCr的合理的连铸工艺参数,为改善小方坯弹簧钢55SiCr的凝固组织和铸坯中心碳偏析提供理论和实践依据。For serious center segregation of spring steel billet with section of 160 mm×160 mm,industrial trials were carried out in consideration of formation mechanism of center carbon segregation in billet and the effect of operating parameters in continuous casting on center carbon segregation. Combined with solidification principle and experimental result,reasonable operating parameters in continuous casting for 55 Si Cr spring steel billet were determined,which provided a theoretical and practical basis for improving macrostructure and center carbon segregation of 55 Si Cr spring steel billet.
