摘  要:边裂是影响邯宝炼钢J55钢种质量的一个重要因素。为了研究边裂缺陷的成因,利用金相、扫描电镜及能谱等相关试验手段对热轧卷边裂缺陷进行分析,并对连铸板坯进行对比轧制试验,证实热轧卷边裂是由连铸铸坯角部裂纹引起。对影响铸坯角部裂纹的钢水成分、结晶器保护渣、二冷水等工艺因素进行分析。通过控制钢水成分、改进保护渣性能、优化二冷配水等措施,铸坯角部裂纹缺陷比例由原来的18%降至1.26%。对实际生产及热卷边裂缺陷具有一定的指导意义。The edge crack is an important factor which affecting the quality of J55 in Hanbao Steel Plant. In order to study the surface quality of the edge-cracking,metallographic,scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrum and other related test methods,the defects of hot edge bead were analyzed,and comparison of rollingtest was made on continuous casting slab. It proved that the hot-rolled edge crack was caused by corner cracks of continuous casting slab. At the same time the influencing factors were analyzed,such as steel chemical,mould powder,second cooling. By adjusting and controlling the steel chemicals,improving properties of the mold powder,optimizing second cooling,the slab defect of edge cracking reduced from 18% to 1.26%. It is of guiding significance for production practice and the hot-rolled edge defects.
