数字电动缸振动装置在全弧形板坯铸机上的选择与应用

摘　　要：攀钢1 350 mm板坯连铸机1993年投产,获1997年国家科技进步一等奖,属全弧形R9 m四点矫直双流板坯铸机。介绍了数字电动缸结晶器振动装置在国内全弧形双流板坯连铸机上首家成功应用的全过程,实现了低成本维修与运行、铸坯表面振痕深度改善、铸机可开动率提高和装备升级,具体内容包括：工艺设备现状与升级需求、结晶器振动装置的发展与趋势、技术方案选择、改造与应用。Pangang group 1 350 mm slab continuous continuous caster was put into production in 1993,which belongs to the whole arc four point R9 m straightening double flow slab casting machine,and it won the national science and technology progress award in 1997. This paper introduced first successful application of the digital electric cylinder mould vibration device at home on the whole arc double flow slab continuous casting machine. It realized the low cost of maintenance and operation,improved vibration mark depth on slab surface,equipment upgrading and the utilization rate of the casting machine. The contents Mainly includes：process equipment and upgrade requirements,development and trend of the system,technical scheme selection,modification and application.
