摘　　要：伊朗穆巴拉克钢铁公司为引领其国内钢铁冶金工业快速发展的趋势,具有前瞻性地在2013年初签署了新建大板坯连铸机的承包合同,委托中国重型院为其设计建造一台全新的双流板坯连铸机。该铸机采用了动态轻压下、动态二冷水控制、喷水冷却宽度幅切、动态可调参数液压振动、结晶器在线自动调宽等目前世界上最先进的连铸技术和装备,保证了连铸机可在绿色、节能的前提下维持连续高效的生产过程。In order to lead the trend of the domestic iron and steel metallurgy industry with rapid development in IRANIAN,MSCO has proactively signed a new contract with a large slab continuous caster in early 2013,which MSCO entrusted Sino-Heavymach to design and build one two-strand slab continuous caster. Important technical features of the new caster were adopted,such as soft-reduction,dynamic secondary cooling air-mist control,dynamic secondary nozzle spraying control based on width of slab,dynamic parameter-adjustable and hydraulic mold oscillating system,remote adjustable mold control system,etc. This technic and device assures CCM high-efficiencies production with optimally greener and energy-saving technology.
