摘　　要：重点介绍了Ф800 mm大圆坯连铸机设备安装,参数控制、调试试车及热试车的过程控制和经验,阐述了大圆坯连铸机安装调试过程中需要注意和重点控制的要点,以及如何确定拉矫机夹持引锭链模式的安全压力,以保证试车和后续的安全性。Mainly focuses on the experience obtained by installation,accuracy control,commissioning and hot test about the big round bloom caster of Ф800 mm. It also elaborates the items which need attention and critical control points druing installation and commissioning,as well as trail of the big round bloom caster. How to reckon the safe pressure when the dummy is clamps by the WSU was introduced.
