摘　　要：城市产业园区开发具有多种方式,核心在于产业与资本的引入方式。基于实际案例,深入研究产业园区的市场主导模式、政府主导模式、政府与市场结合模式的特点和优劣势,为地方政府园区开发选择开发方式提供参考。There are many ways for the development of urban industrial parks,the core of which lies in the introduction of industry and capital. Based on the actual cases,this paper studies the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of market-oriented mode,government-oriented mode and market-government combination mode,in order to provide references for local government to choosing the way of developing industrial parks.
