摘 要:国家对烟煤、无烟煤进行保护性开采利用,发展褐煤气化技术、拓展褐煤开发利用空间是当前我国节能技术政策优先发展的方向之一。根据对褐煤气化技术选择性分析,基本认为适用于褐煤气化的技术为:粉煤加压气化技术、褐煤制水煤浆气化技术。为提供更加客观的技术评价,本文从合成气组成、物料消耗、操作费用、能耗等方面对比了褐煤制水煤浆气化、粉煤加压气化(褐煤)的优劣。通过对比得出,粉煤加压气化在合成气成分、能耗、操作费用等方面均优于褐煤制水煤浆气化工艺。One of the directions for the priority development of China's energy-saving technology policy is that the state conducts protective exploitation and utilization of bituminous coal and anthracite coal, develops lignite gasification technology and expands development and utilization space of lignite. According to the selective analysis of lignite gasification technologies, it is considered that the technologies suitable for lignite gasification are pulverized coal pressure gasification technology and lignite coal water slurry gasification technology. In order to provide a more objective technical evaluation, this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of lignite coal water slurry gasification and pulverized coal pressurized gasification(lignite) from aspects of syngas composition, material consumption, operating cost and energy consumption. By comparison, pulverized coal pressure gasification is superior to lignite coal water slurry gasification process in aspects of syngas composition, energy consumption, operating costs and others.
