摘　　要：四喷嘴气化炉在煤制合成气生产过程中不可避免存在铵氮的影响,如阀门结晶卡塞、管道结晶堵塞、塔盘结垢等等。采取相应的处理办法、增加必要的设备、加强系统水质管理、及时作出调整,避免了问题的出现。In the process of coal to gas production, the influence of ammonium nitrogen on four nozzle gasifier is unavoidable,such as the valve crystallization blockage, pipeline crystallization blockage, tower scaling and so on. Through taking appropriate treatment methods, such as adding necessary equipment, strengthening management of water quality, making timely adjustments,the emergence of the problem is avoided.
