摘 要:"一带一路"建设为民族地区经济社会发展注入新的活力,以民族工艺品为代表的文化对外贸易是民族经济转型发展的新动力、民族文化对外传播的新载体及民族文化保护传承的新路径。但反观现实,民族文化资源与民族经济发展融合度不高,以民族工艺为代表的传统文化资源并未转化成对应的文化资本,其根源在于产业化程度较低,经济联动效应较弱。基于此提出了民族工艺品"作品—产品—商品"的产业化道路。其前提是从原有的民族工艺作品中提取文化元素彰显文化特色;其关键在于工艺产品的批量化与规模化生产提高经济效益;其保障是在国内外市场中完成文化商品交换并扩大再生产。“The Belt and Road Initiative”brings new vitality into the economic and socialdevelopment in ethnic minority areas. Cultural foreign trade, represented by ethnic crafts, is a newdriving force for the transformation and development of national economy, a new carrier for theexternal propagation of ethnic culture and a new path for the protection of ethnic cultures. But inreality, the integration of ethnic cultural resources and national economic development is not high,because the traditional cultural resources represented by ethnic crafts have not been transformed intocorresponding cultural capitals due to the low level of industrialization and the weak economiclinkage effect. Based on this, the industrialization path of ethnic crafts-“works, products, andcommodities”is put forward. The premise is the extraction of cultural elements from the originalworks to highlight cultural characteristics; the key issue lies in the realization of batch and scaleproduction to improve economic efficiency; the guarantee is the fulfillment of the exchange andexpanded reproduction of cultural commodities in domestic and foreign markets.
