摘 要:目前传统不锈钢广泛用于骨植入材料,然而其植入器件仍存在力学强度不足导致的断裂,耐蚀性不足导致的无菌性松动和生物相容性有待进一步提高等问题。近年来中科院金属研究所等研究机构在无镍不锈钢的应用基础研究方面取得了重要的进展,其优异的综合性能对提高骨植入器械在临床应用中安全性具有重要意义。本文主要综述了医用无镍不锈钢作为骨植入材料的最新研究进展和开发产品的临床应用现状,展望了其在骨修复领域中未来的应用前景。Nowadays, traditional stainless steels are widely used as bone-implant materials, but there are still fracture problems caused by limited mechanical properties, aseptic loosening problems caused by limited corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. In recent years, many institutions including Institute of Metal Research and Chinese Academy of Sciences, have made significant processes on research and application of these new biomedical stainless steels. Their excellent combinations of properties were meaningful for improving the safety of bone implantations. In this paper, the latest research progresses on nickel-free stainless steels as bone-implant materials and clinical application of relevant products were reviewed, their future tendencies in bone repair feld were also proposed.
