摘　　要：为明确辅导员工作课程化模式的方法、途径和标准,建立辅导员工作课程化模式的长效机制,运用教育学、管理学等多学科交叉理论与方法对辅导员工作体系进行研究,结合基层院系学生工作实际构建了高校辅导员工作课程化模式的体系及运行流程,为课程化模式下优化学生工作体制机制提供理论依据,也可为各高校实施辅导员工作课程化模式提供参考。In order to define the methods, approaches and standards of the curriculumization pattern of the work of college counselors, and to establish a long-effect mechanism for the pattern, the research is conducted on the work system of college counselors by applying theories and methods of education, management and other disciplines. The system structure and operation process of the curriculumization pattern of the work of college counselors are constructed according to the practical student work in the grass-roots departments. It provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the system and mechanism of college student work in curriculumization pattern, and also provides reference for colleges to implement the curriculumization pattern of the work of college counselors.
