摘 要:通过生产试验得到3组30炉批不同氮含量的Q195中宽带钢样,采用火花发射光谱仪测定钢中的氮含量,得到钢样的氮含量最低52×10^-6,最高136×10^-6,按GB/T 228.1—2010标准方法对30炉批钢样进行力学性能检测,对检测数据进行一元线性回归分析,得出钢中氮含量对Q195中宽带钢材力学性能的影响关系,并提出降低钢中氮含量是提高中宽带Q195钢质量的重要手段。For the three groups of 30 batch furnace of Q195 steel medium-wide strip samples with different nitrogen content obtained by the production test,the nitrogen content in steel was determined by the spark emission spectrometer,and the lowest nitrogen content of the samples was 52×10^-6,the highest was 136×10^-6. According to the GB/T 228.1—2010 standard method,the mechanical properties of the 30 batch of steel furnace samples were tested. The effect of the nitrogen content in steel on the mechanical properties of Q195 steel medium-wide strip was discovered by the unitary linear regression analysis of the testing data. And it was put forward that reducing the nitrogen content in steel was the important direction in improving the quality of Q195 steel medium-wide strip.
