摘　　要：目的:探讨脑电双频指数(BIS)对喉罩全麻苏醒期喉罩拔除不同时机的影响。方法:收治全麻下行肌张力、肌力调整术脑瘫患儿90例,随机分为对照组和观察组。术后,对照组在BIS值55～60时将喉罩拔除,观察组则在60～65时拔除,比较两组并发症发生情况及喉罩拔除满意度。结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,喉罩拔除满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:BIS值60～65为脑瘫患儿全麻苏醒期拔除喉罩的最佳时机,喉罩拔除后并发症较少,满意度较高。Objective：To investigate the effect of bispectral index（BIS） on the extraction of lalTngeal mask at different times in general anesthesia of laryngeal mask at awakening period.Methods：90 cases of cerebral palsy with muscle tension and muscle tension under general anesthesia were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. After operation,the laryngeal mask of the control group was removed at BIS of 55 to 60.The laryngeal mask was removed in the observation group at BIS of 60 to 65.We compared the complications and laryngeal mask extraction satisfaction between groups. Results：In the observation group,the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of the laarngeal mask extraction was higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The BIS value of 60 to 65 was the best time to remove the larynx at the awakening period of general anesthesia in children with cerebral palsy.The complications after the extraction of the laryngeal mask were less,and the satisfaction was higher.
