妈富隆治疗上环后子宫异常出血的临床效果及不良事件发生率分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨妈富隆治疗上环后子宫异常出血的临床效果及不良事件发生率。方法:收治上环后子宫异常出血患者120例,分为参照组和试验组。参照组采用米非司酮治疗,试验组采用妈富隆治疗,比较两组临床效果及不良事件发生率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率和不良事件发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妈富隆治疗上环后子宫异常出血患者,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗总有效率,降低不良反应发生率。Objective：To explore the incidence of adverse events and clinical effect of marvelon in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding after intrauterine contraceptive ring.Methods：126 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding after intrauterine contraceptive ring were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the experimental group was treated with marvelon.We compared the clinical effects and the incidence of adverse events in the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The application of marvelon in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding after intrauterine contraceptive ring can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms,improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
