摘　　要：目的:观察丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死风痰瘀血证的临床疗效。方法:收治急性脑梗死风痰瘀血证患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予生理盐水治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予丹红注射液治疗,比较两组NIHSS评分、BI指数及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗14 d后NIHSS评分均较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后BI指数均较治疗前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗14 d后NIHSS评分和BI指数变化程度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死风痰瘀血证能改善患者神经功能缺损,恢复日常生活能力,提高临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm and blood stasis.Methods：100 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm and blood stasis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given normal saline on the basis of the conventional treatment.The observation group was given Danhong injection on the basis of the conventional treatment.The NIHSS score,BI index and clinical effect between groups were cornpared.Resuhs：After 14 day-s of treatment,the score of NIHSS in two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）.After treatment,the BI index in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.01）.After 14 day-s of treatment,the changes of NIHSS and BI index in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）.The clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm and blood stasis could improve the nerve function defect of the patients,and restore the daily life ability- and improve the clinical effect.
