活体亲属供肾移植围手术期的护理分析

摘　　要：目的:研究围手术期护理对活体亲属供肾移植的作用。方法:收治活体亲属供肾移植患者90例,观察围手术期护理的疗效,以护理前生活质量为对照分析护理后生活质量情况。结果:护理后在人际关系、环境适应力、心理状态、躯体运动等方面改善明显,得分均>90分,与护理前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期护理对活体亲属供肾移植提高生活质量和促进恢复是一种简单、有效的解决方案。Objective：To study the effect of perioperative care on living relative donor kidney transplantation.Methods：90 cases of living relative donor kidney transplantation were selected.We observed the curative effect of perioperative nursing.The quality- of life before nursing was used as a comparison to analyze the quality- of life after nursing.Results：After nursing,the improvement of interpersonal relationship,environmental adaptability,psychological state,physical exercise and so on was obvious.The scores were above 90 points,and there was a significant difference between the scores before and after the nursing（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Perioperative nursing is a simple and effective solution to living-related donor kidney transplantation for improving quality- of life and promoting recovery.
