臭氧净化血液回抽疗法联合依托考昔对急性痛风性关节炎临床症状、NRS评分及炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨臭氧净化血液回抽疗法(O_3-AHT)联合依托考昔对急性痛风性关节炎临床症状、11点数字评价量表(NRS)评分及炎症因子的影响。方法我院104例急性痛风性关节炎患者,依据不同治疗方法分为A、B组,A组53例接受单纯依托考昔治疗,B组51例接受O_3-AHT联合依托考昔治疗。对比两组临床症状、NRS评分、炎症因子及不良反应。结果治疗第3、7 d,两组临床症状评分、NRS评分及TNF-α、IL-1β水平低于治疗前,且B组低于A组(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 O_3-AHT能快速优化急性痛风性关节炎临床症状,降低炎症反应及患者痛感,且安全性较好,可作为NSAIDs外的辅助治疗选择。Objective To investigate the effects of ozone autohemotherapy（ O3-AHT） combined with etoricoxib on clinical symptoms,NRS score and inflammatory factors in acute gouty arthritis. Methods One hundred and four patients with acute gouty arthritis treated in our hospital were divided into group A and B according to the different treatment methods.The group A（ n = 53） was treated with etoricoxib alone,and the group B（ n = 51） received O3-AHT combined with etoricoxib.Then,the clinical symptoms,NRS score,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results On the 3 rdand the 7 thof treatment,the clinical symptom scores,NRS score and levels of TNF-α and IL-1β of the both groups were decreased compared to before treatment,and the decreases in the group B was significantly more than those in the group A（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion O3-AHT can rapidly and safely optimize the clinical symptoms of acute gouty arthritis patients,reduce the inflammatory reaction and pain. It can be an auxiliary treatment of the disease.
