摘  要:采用氨基硅氧烷KH-540与硅氧烷KH-570对萘酰亚胺分别进行了改性,以提高其亲水性及其与纸张的结合度,得到了集加固,防光降解和抑制返黄于一体的多功能纸张施胶剂.通过红外、凝胶渗透色谱法GPC确定所得聚合物的结构和分子量,测试结果表明,改性后的荧光聚合物成膜性增强,抗张强度最大可增加38N;热稳定性良好,分子量分布均一,在纸张表面涂布后,聚合物PFBsⅠ和PFBsⅡ的初始白度比空白纸高9.42ISO%和3.88ISO%,老化36h后,聚合物PFBsⅠ和PFBsⅡ的白度分别比空白纸少下降了4.06ISO%和4.03ISO%.Naphthalimides were modified by using aminosiloxane KH-540 and siloxane KH-570 to improve their hydrophilicity and their binding to paper.In order to synthesis a multifunction paper sizing agent which set reinforcement,anti-photodegradation and inhibition of yellowing in one.The structure and molecular weight of the obtained polymers were determined by IR and gel permeation chromatography.The results showed that the modified polymers have a good film-forming property and the tensile strength can be increased by up to 38 N,when compare with that of the blank paper.The thermal stability is good and the molecular weight distribution is homogeneous.The initial whiteness of the polymer PFBs I and PFBs II was 9.42 ISO% and 3.88 ISO% higher than that of the blank paper,after aging 36 hours,the whiteness of the PFBsI and PFBsⅡ decreased by 4.06 ISO%and 4.03 ISO%,respectively,compared with the blank paper.
