摘  要:采用白噪声滤波法随机产生路面激励模型模拟不平路面下的虚拟测试车场VPG,建立四轴重型汽车半挂车列车机械系统的整车动力学模型,后基于能量法建立整车动力学方程.在微幅振动假设情况下将空间系统简化为平面系统,将某款国产整车参数代入搭建好的动力学模型时新增考虑鞍座刚度和阻尼参数,通过MATLAB的ode15s模块针对1/2整车系统进行微分方程求解后得到具体车体驾驶室相对动载的振动响应,得到系统的计算机仿真结果与实测相同路面等级和车速对比,最后使用实测路面参数进行分析该四轴整车驾驶室的平顺性.为后期利用该种方法在考虑鞍座情况下的多轴重卡开发及车路耦合领域的动力学仿真提供新思路.Producing random road incentive model of virtual test station VPG road under the white noise filtering method,vehicle dynamics model of the four axis heavy semi-trailer train mechanical system,based on energy method using dynamic equations.In the micro vibration assumption of space system is simplified as a planar system,will add a new saddle considering the stiffness and damping parameters of a domestic vehicle dynamics model parameters to build good,through the ode15 smodule of MATLAB system for vehicle for solving differential equations after specific 1/2 vehicle cab relative dynamic load and vibration response from the results of computer simulation system,and measured the same road level speed difference comparison,finally the simulation method and experimental evaluation method and study the four axle vehicle cab ride.This method provides a new idea for the development of many axle heavy truck considering the saddle condition and the dynamic simulation of the vehicle road coupling field.
