摘  要:探明柳枝稷对常见杂草的化感效应,为杂草的生物防治提供参考。利用柳枝稷成熟期根、茎提取液处理牛筋草、反枝苋及狗尾草的种子,以种子发芽率为种子萌发的参数,以胚根、胚芽长度变化为幼苗的生长参数,研究柳枝稷对3种杂草种子发芽及幼苗生长的化感作用。结果表明:柳枝稷对3种杂草具有化感作用,高浓度柳枝稷根、茎提取液对3种杂草种子萌发以及幼苗芽和根的生长具有一定的抑制作用;而低浓度的柳枝稷根、茎提取液对3种杂草种子萌发以及幼苗芽、根生长具有一定的促进作用。经LC-MS检测,柳枝稷含芦丁、槲皮素-3-O-鼠李糖苷以及槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖苷3种化感物质。The germination rate,radicle length and embryo length of Eleusine indica,Amaranthus retroflexus and Setaria viridis seeds treated with different extract concentration of Panicum virgatum root and P.virgatumstem were determined to study the allelopathy of P.virgatumon seed germination rate and seedling growth of three weed varieties and provide a reference for biological control of weeds.Result:P.virgatumhas the allelopathy on E.indica,A.retroflexus and S.viridis.The higher extract concentration of P.virgatum root and P.virgatum stem has a certain inhibition effect on seed germination and seedling growth of three weed varieties but the lower extract concentration of P.virgatumroot and P.virgatumstem has a certain promotion effect on seed germination and seedling growth of three weed varieties.Three allelochemical components of rutin,quercetin-3-0-rhamnoside and quercetin-3-0-heteroside are detected in P.virgatumby LC-MS.
