塔里木河上游隆额高原鳅与长身高原鳅的生物学特征

摘　　要：为高原鳅的分类及其种质资源保护奠定基础,于2014—2015年在塔里木河上游采集2种高原鳅属鱼类,采用形态学方法进行有关生物学测定与分析。结果表明:隆额高原鳅和长身高原鳅的外形特征差异不明显,均分布有不同程度的斑点和花纹,隆额高原鳅体长为(16.05±3.19)cm,雌雄间体长差异显著(P<0.05),体重为(28.66±6.60)g,为匀速生长。长身高原鳅体长为(10.23±2.21)cm,体重为(13.57±5.02)g,雌雄个体间体重差异显著(P<0.05),为异速生长。隆额高原鳅生物学性状中体长与体重和尾柄长与体重的关系相近,尾柄长可作为关键选育因子指标。2种高原鳅生活的适宜水温为8~22℃,食性均为杂食偏肉,3—7月为繁殖期,绝对怀卵量差异不大。The relative biology of two Triplophysa fish collected from the upper reaches of Tarim River is measured and analyzed by the morphological method during 2014—2015 to explore difference and similarity degree between Triplophysa bombifrons and Triplophysa tenuis and lay the foundation for classification and germplasm resources protection of Triplophysa.Result：There is no obvious difference in appearance characteristics between T.bombifrons and T.tenuis and there are spots and patterns on fish skin of T.bombifrons and T.tenuis to varying degrees.The body length and weight of T.bombifrons are（16.05±3.19）cm and（28.66±6.60）g respectively and the difference significance in body length between male and female T.bombifrons is at P0.05 level.The body length and weight of T.bombifrons are（10.23±2.21）cm and（13.57±5.02）g respectively and the difference significance in body weight between male and female T.bombifrons is at P0.05 level.The relationship between body length and body weight is similar to the relationship between caudal peduncle length and body weight in T.bombifrons,which indicates that caudal peduncle length can be used as the key index for breeding of T.bombifrons.The suitable water temperature,feeding habits and reproduction period of T.bombifrons and T.tenuis are 8～22℃,omnivorous with partial meat and from March to May respectively and there is no obvious difference in absolute fecundity between T.bombifrons and T.tenuis.
